RETURN POLICY

If for some reason your purchase does not cover you, you have the right to change the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging (with product label, receipt and return form).
The customer should first communicate with us via telephone in order to reserve another product on the below dates/ hours:
Monday: 9:30 -2:00
Tuesday: 9:30 -2:00 and 5:30-8:30
Wednesday: 9:30 – 2:00
Thursday: 9:30 -2:00 and 5:30-8:30
Friday: 9:30 -2:00 and 5:30-8:30

In case the product is not in its original packaging, chococollection.gr has the right to refuse any replacement or money return.

The first change of product/ products is free of charge. For each subsequent change in the same order, there is shipping charge which is borne by the customer.

In case the customer wants to change the product with a more expensive one, he will pay extra 2.00€. (cash on delivery)

All changes / returns of products are made only via ELTA courier. If the customer chooses another courier, he has to pay the shipping cost.

 

REFUNDS

In case the customer does not wish to replace the product of his order, he has to contact us to request a refund of the purchase amount. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer (shipping cost 5.00€).

The customer has to fill in the bank account in the return form.

If the product is in its original condition, the refund request will be approved and we will deposit the value of the product in the bank account that you will indicate to us within 14 working days. Otherwise, if the product is not in its original condition (with label etc.), we will inform you about the impossibility of refunding the money and we will return this parcel. Refunds are related to the value of the products and shipping cost, whereas the customer is borne with the return cost.

Changes or returns at products that are at sale (with discount over 50%) are impossible.
